Game Like Never Before
Oculus Rift is one of the top virtual reality headsets currently available on the market. It was developed and manufactured by Oculus VR, which is a division of Facebook Inc. Oculus started with a Kickstarter campaign in 2012 to raise funds for its development.
Since then, it has developed a pentile OLED display which has a resolution of 1080*1920 per eye, 90 Hz refresh rate, and a 110° field of view.
Since the release of Oculus Rift in 2016, the market for virtual reality apps and games has been expanding. Here are some of the most popular Oculus Rift games available.
Job Simulator: The 2050 Archives
This game puts you in a futuristic environment where robots have taken over human jobs. Job Simulator: The 2050 Archives allows you to spice up your stressed out life by using the VR headset and simulate what “honest work” really means. You can cook, be a mechanic, and even throw things at your boss (Hey! It’s just a VR game!).
You’ll get a feel for what being a robot means in this game. So, what are you waiting for? Your boss has plenty of tasks for you!
EVE: Valkyrie brings you a classic space dogfight in VR. Just be careful, though, especially if you often get motion sickness. EVE: Valkyrie’s combat system allows the game to be much less realistic, and gives you an arcade style VR game. It might not be the best long-term game for you, but VR is still in its early stages, so who knows?
As long as VR evolves, games with this genre will improve as well.
